When will my issue be dispatched?
Orders placed between the 1st and 15th are dispatched on the 1st of the following month. Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the month are dispatched on the 15th of the following month.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping with every issue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before the scheduled dispatch date for your next issue to stop future charges.
What if I don't like my first issue?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your first issue and we'll refund that issue's subscription fee. Once per customer.
I missed an issue. Can I still buy it?
A limited number of past issues may become available after the window closes. Once sold out, an issue is not restocked or reprinted.
How does the Stamp Rally work?
Collect 12 consecutive monthly stamps, with no issues missed in between, to unlock an exclusive reward.
How do I change my shipping address?
Sign in to the Portal and update your address. Changes made before the last day of the month at 23:59 (UK time) apply to that month's issue.
Can I switch from monthly to 12-month?
Yes. You can switch your plan in the Portal at any time.
